ProFlowers/Easy-saver. Debited my credit card account for 6 months before we realized it. I placed the order over the phone with a live operator not on the Internet. So the usual excuses of "why" it happened didn't apply to me. ProFlowers eventually blamed the operator for being new and inexperienced and apologized profusely. All a scam. Between ProFlowers and American Express we were reimbursed our monies. We have stopped ordering on line or over the phone with ProFlowers, went back to FTD and local florist where we know there are no sneaky scams. Beware of ProFlowers and Easy-saver. read full review »
