Ordered parts for a carpet cleaner on 1/13/10. As of yet, never received them. Went to web site (no number to call!) and they're under new ownership and a pop-up window to those who ordered before Feb. 13, 2010 (ME!) are NOT getting their orders! And they are NOT refunding the money, because the previous owner is bankrupt! Nice, eh? So the people who supposedly took over ownership (I suspect it's the same person, with a new name) will not honor the orders placed before they purchased the site. It's a scam! They're BOGUS!
