A 13.05 charge under enhanced services showed up on my AT&T phone bill. I called "Ken" at the respondent phone number and was told I would get a credit for that biling cycle and the nexty billing cycle also. I was given a confirmation number of the upcoming credits and cancellation of the service that supposedly was started by someone other than myself with a justaposed wrong phone number that showed up as mine. Sounds like a huge scam full of smoke and mirrors. read full review »
