My opinion on merchant: Merchant engages in deceptive business practice Merchant falsely advertises its products Merchant’s business practices can be evidenced at: New York Better Business Bureau (“F rating”) Merchant fails to state that you will receive used/refurbished/open box merchandise instead of a new product. Merchant does not know how to run a business. Merchant does not answer phone calls for customer service assistance.
