Have been trying for the last year and half to have my DEAD fathers name taken off the mortgage and line of credit accounts with Chase. I have sent all the legal documents that Chase has asked for, 3X. So just now they changed the mortgage, but have not changed the line of credit. When I question why they have not changed the name on the line of credit, the response 'have not received the documents'. Come on CHASE it has been 18+ months to make the legal name change, and you can not do it ??? Talking with customer service is a joke... read full review »
