I will not be going back to the Picture Me studio in Bellevue, NE located in the Walmart store.. I had an appt at 10am and was told to come 10-15 min early and be ready to go.. I showed up at 9:30 no one was there, so we walked around the store till 9:45 so then I went back to the studio still no one there and still no lights on.
