Thank you for all your information. The same thing happened to my laptop when my husband was using it. It locked up and we couldn't get off until I bought the software. I actually forgot about it until it showed up on my credit card statement. I thought what in the heck did I buy from Moscow. I got on this website and saw all the complaints. I don't use the laptop much, but it hasn't been working right since this happened. Fortunately, my credit card company is very nice, I've been with them forever, so they are crediting the charge and issuing me a new card. What a hassle, though. read full review »
