we had a fire and had to rent a place for six months . set up account on a six month lease and ppl is trying to get a years worth of utility service claiming a budget plans when they knew it was a six month lease totaling 2000.00 while taking additional money fro the same time frame from the landlord after we moved out - ouc has not done a thing - read full review »
