Recieved dermitage for a trial offer. Only pay s&h. Called and cancelled and still got charged for 90.00. Call to clear the matter up only to deal with bad customer service. I'm in customer service so I know they could have reimbursed my credit card and gave an apology for misleading their product. After speaking with them I ask to speak to a mgr only to have that rep laugh and say ok. Put on hold then the mgr finally got on to talk to me. Didn't seem to care and it was out of her hands to do anything. Obviously not a company that cares about customers or resolving disputes. read full review »
