I bought a couch & reclining love seat on the 6th of March and on the 20th the rip cord that pulls the foot part out broke.. I had an appt for them to come and fix it on the23rd, No one showed up or even called. I called the service dept today asked to speak to the manager and she was unavailable. They said they would call me back when they could figure out what to do. That was at 10am this morning. It's now 4pm. No phone call. What crappy service. read full review »
