On December 4th 2009, I purchased an Onkyo home theater surround sound receiver from Video Only. I was undecided whether to buy the Panasonic or the Onkyo. The deciding factor was that the Onkyo came with a free iPod dock. Well, the iPod dock was out of stock but I was told that a new shipment was coming in before Christmas and that they would call me as soon as my iPod dock arrived. It is now March, 24th 2010 and I still have not received my iPod dock. I have called many times to ask and have received one excuse after another. Has anyone else not received their "free" iPod dock?
