Horrible service! I ordered a computer game to be shipped as a gift to a friend overseas and paid for 'express' shipping. Got a confirmation email but then CD Universe decided to hold my order for phone validation of the address WITHOUT INFORMING ME. Found out about this weeks later when I called the friend and discovered he had not received his gift. Called CD Universe and was promised that the item would ship out the next day.
