They do not answer phone or emails!!! I bought a spark plug wire set from them and when it arrived it looked great, except wrong part number. Essentially what they did is sold a cheaper set and lied about the part number claiming that, that is what their computer says is the same, it is not. I could of got the part they sold me from amazon with free shipping for $12 dollars less, and would not of paid extra to them in order to get what should have been a better set.
