I tried the trial period purchase. I paid $3.95 for 14 day free trial period. I canceled subscription on 5th day. I noted the cancellation number and on March 23rd I was charged 169.95 on my credit card. I had to put in a refund request online (only) and I was denied. The customer service people has all kinds of incorrect information which convienently put me past the cancellation date (March 22nd was the 14th day).
