I bought a new 2009 Cadillac STS last September, and I had nothing but troubles with that vehicle. the car has been in the shop more than 10 times. Customer service is of no Help what so ever. The breaks get stiff every once in a while, the car won't start, DVD/Navigation making loud noise. interior is falling apart (visor cracked, ah tray nevercloses, seats have fuzz growing out of them, floor mats mismatched). Water leaks in the trunk, from fendor must've been repainted with a bad paint job, door not lined properly, wind noise... read full review »
