AT&T Uverse is ridiculous. Over the past 2 1/2 months I have had 6 technicians out to my house to try to resolve constant internet and TV freezing issues. It has been nothing short of mind numbing to deal with these people. I especially like when the techs blame the issue on something else everytime. I'm in IT, I know there can be issues with things like this but give me a break. I've had to take two half days off of work and have spent countless hours trying to get issues resolved.
