Sensible Home Warranty

Had a really bad experience with their customer service. Our kitchen sink had some kind of stoppage which resulted in the water draining very slowly. Called Sensible Home Warranty - they asked us to go ahead and find a plumber to fix the issue and said they would reimburse it. Called a plumber, and after trying a couple of things, he said the quickest way would be to try a snake through roof access. We confirmed this with the claim representative and he approved it. ICICI Home Loans

I am the seller of a property in Bangalore. All property documents / details had been provided to buyer before loan sanction. The buyer insisted that he would proceed with agreement only after he got it cleared through legal / technical team in ICICI. Valuation people came on Feb 25th or so. They apparently gave him the go ahead, after which we signed the sale agreement on March 1st.
