Hello, I too have been cheated! I took advantage of the free trail- but the thing is I did not even use the product. I received it in the mail a week later- my trial date was almost here and I didn't open the product. I called to let them know that I wanted to cancel my trail offer and return the product but they charged my account a week later. They told me that I had to make a complaint at Productsupport123.com and then they will review my information and complaint to see if I can get a refund.
