My husband and I have had a mortgage through Wells Fargo for the past 3 years. Last year we tried to refi our loan for a fixed rate FHA loan - it was 6 months of nothing but aggravation. No communication, nobody seems to know what the problem is, our agent was often out and nobody would help us. Wells Fargo stalled us and put us off the entire time. Finally, they said our credit score dropped and we were denied.
