I was originally contacted by phone by a person saying he was with "my" reader service. He asked me many questions that he said were needed to confirm my account. As I do have a magazine service I mistakenly gave him info that I shouldn't have. I did not know that I would be signed up for another service. I started getting charges on my credit card in dec. 2009. I have made 20 calls to this company and they do not return my calls. I have contacted my credit card company to cancel the charges but I am tired of having to try to get mess with this. read full review »
