we bought the garry vacuum, great folks when we were buying, the free steamer lasted 1 month and after complaining they dropped the shipping fee to $10 to replace. After 4 months our vacuum motor froze up, they are telling us we must pay $50 to ship a new one and $50 for return shipping. Outrageous ! what a scam, we are just buying a new vacuum, we will not give them any more of our money. read full review »
