I spoke to the Customer Service Dept, and had to speak with a supervisor, Meghan. I explained that I wanted to stop the product, and they explained that I had to keep the product and could not return, since I was beyond my trial period. I told them I would keep the product, even though it was a scam. It did not work for me, and I used it faithfully. My problem was I was asking for a RMA number & was told I would not get one, because I wasn't returning anything.
