I've been a Time Warner Cable customer since 2003 with no interruptions. I've only called in for support three or four times in a seven year span. I subscribe to all of the services that Time Warner Cable offers - internet, TV, and telephone. I've signed Price Lock Guarantee contracts with Time Warner Cable multiple times. After being such a good customer, why is my rate increased year after year without any additional services or features added onto my account? read full review »
