Hi, my name is Prem Baweja, i bought a nokia 5130c-2 music express phone on 20.06.2009, since then its not working fine i went to nokia care(Jail Road, newDelhi) 5 times dey repaired almost evrytime but the problem comes again this time one of the hardware is not working and its giving a message like "Contact Service ", the phone is still under warranty but they are saying that they will charge me RS 1400 /- I would like to file a complain against them, Please Resolve my problem and give me a solution.
