Where do I begin to list all of the poor customer service practices of Blair? I submitted an order online for 2 items on Dec. 4, 2008. Paid full shipping fees. I called them on Dec. 18th because I needed the items before Christmas. Their phone service will generally not let you stay on hold if they are busy, so you have to waste time redialing their number before you can get through (around 30 minutes each time you call).
