I ordered this product and payed the shipping cost for this free item. I called within the 14 days to cancel the membership and was never told i needed to return the bottle. This was August 2009. March 2010 I recieve a letter informing me I owed $133.95 because of late charges and the pill cost. They informed me that the reason why I never recieved any emails was because they found out that for months the emails were going directly into the scam folder.
