I was ripped off by garage door parts LLC for $135. They charged my Wells Fargo account TWICE. I filed fraud complaint with Wells Fargo. LLC refunded ONE of the two charges. I wrote a complaint to New Jersey attorney general (AG). AG sent me a letter stating that LLC had entered into a concent agreement and about arbitration. I sent demand letter to LLC by certified US Mail letter. Letter was returned marked "REFUSED". I was sent letter by AG stating that arbitration would contact me. Arbitration never contacted me.
