March 25th, I was expecting the gas company to turn on service at a business location. I was told they would call me at 765-455-8679 between 12-4pm in 15 minutes advance. I am literally 2 minutes away from the location. I had the phone with me at all times, waiting. I remember looking at the clock at 1230 and again just after 1pm.
