I was wooed by the helpfulness of the US rep I talked to at global visas. Alas. When I began working with the UK side, it soon became a nightmare. I missed the first call they gave me for the consultation, and couldn't call back because they didn't leave a call back number. Instead they have you log on to their stupid log on system (which I really think they set up just so you don't have access to the completely unhelpful emails that go back and forth once you terminate your service with them).
