This co. is the worst for install, saying what they are going to install, and service!! I signed up with them Dec 2009, their tech was installing wiring in my furnace room and sliced a water line and I had water all over within couple weeks. They tried to say he did not do it, but if you had sliced one of your own water lines, would you put electrical tape around it to try to hide it or fix it? So now they are saying they are not paying for the damages to my walls, ceiling, doors..about $1000.00 plus the cost of replacing the water line.
