I was contacted by a Loan officer of the Mortgage Relief Law Center. I paid $3, 000 in 6/09 to get my "1st mortgage reduced to 1/2" and my 2nd mortgage reduced "to pennies on the dollar". After 9 months 3/10, and many many unreturned phone calls, emails, etc. I received noticed from Bank of America that my payment is actually INCREASING $364/month.
