This company should fined, and shut down. I have spoken to 5 reps & 2 supervisors. I have been promised a refund by each of these people, one rep actually lied on her notes (Cece) stating I had agreed to a partial refund. She never even mentioned a partial to me, which I would Never had agreed to. I have been hung up on, and have never met more ruder people in my life. I also work in a call center, & would have been fired several times over if I treated customers the way I have been treated. My next correspondence will be with the Attorney General, the BBB and some Boston TV stations. These people are nothing more than scam artists. read full review »
