Placed on order for a futon on March 14th, received an e ail confirmation a day later. Never got a shipping confirmation so I called Humble Abode on the 23rd only to find the item I ordered was on BACK ORDER. I specifically asked the salesman at the time of the order was this futon in stock and I was assured it was. Now I have guests flying in to see me and I have no guest bed because these morons can't tell, the truth to begin with. What adds insult to injury on top of all this I called several times asking for a manager and am told he is out sick and I could expect a call back, yeah right!
