Report any of these fraudulent problems by OAN to the FCC @ 1-888-225-5322. They will help you file an official complaint and maybe get this company shut down and fined. I found a charge on my AT&T bill and this company insisted that I signed up, which I did not. A manager finally agreed to refund the two months' charges and discontinue my service with them.
