On March 8th we had a dishwasher which we purchased from Sears installed My husband and I BOTH asked the installers to be careful of the floor. It is new hard wood floor ...we even offered the installers cardboard to put down...they did not want it. When they left, I noticed that the rug that usually is beneath the sink, right next to the dishwasher was moved in front of the dishwasher...when I moved it back I saw the HUGE scratch...easily 20 inches long.
