I am submitting a complaint about GMAC: in a nutshell, my brother in law bought a vehilcle from them, and gave them my phone number; that happened about 2- 3 years ago; now, I understand he stopped making payments, and GMAC is looking for him. So, GM called me a few times, and was sympathetic with them, however I did tell them, that I have nothing to do with my brother-in-law, I do not know anything about him, where he is, his phone #, I am just not that close with my in-laws.
