Received a call from a rep from this company stating that they had a buyer for my timeshare. That they had an offer from the purchaser and could close within two weeks.. They stated that all I needed to so was fill out the contract and send them $1, 800 for closing fee's and title work ect, ect, ect... They stated that there client will reimburse me the $1, 800 at the closing..
