This company was handling calls from prisoners at Monroe Correction Facility in Monroe, WA. They either lost the contract or opted out but no notification was given and they continued to take prepay money from me. Calls placed to their 800 number or their billing number get answered with " cannot answer...too many calls...call back later..." this for all the month of March so far. No way to even leave a number for call back. I am entitled to a refund back to my credit card and do not intend to let them scam me out of it.
