I sent them a US Postal Money order around the middle of October 2009, for the 24 ct. gold plated quarters in a red box and a free red box with the first 4 president coins. The shipping date on the invoice was 11/12/09. When I received the 2 boxes the presidential box was badly damaged. I called their customer service to explain what had happened. I talked to a person named Darryl. He told me they would send me out a new one right away, to replace the damaged box. It is the end of March and I have not received anything.
