First battery I received was faulty; I had to pay shipping to return. Replacement battery took a long time to get (as they were waiting for new shipment from China). Next battery they sent was also faulty and they wanted me to pay for another return shipment. Unresponsive to messages and emails. Also located in Canada even though they list an office in U.S. so you end us paying currency differences. read full review »
