Do not go with Wellsfargo home mortage. To start off I was approved for a $120K loan, put a bid on a $140K home depending on 20K downpayment program. Wellsfargo was recommened to use for this specific downpayment program. The program ran out of money before we closed therefore could not follow through will the contract due to being 20K short. Had given wellsfargo a check for APPRAISAL fee for $495, appraisal was never done. I was told I would be refunded the fee due to the fact appraisal was never done.
