I banked with OnPoint for years and watched as their customer service went down the toilet. They have by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered from a bank. To start with they literally lost deposits, and failed to reimburse wrongful fees after agreeing to, and acknowledging they were %100 at fault. (They actually found the deposits in a garbage can.
