You will NEVER COLLECT CLAIM $! Don't ever buy travel insurance from this company. Everyone I've spoken with who knows anyone who has filed a legitimate claim Access America has NEVER collected!!! Apparently, they are a FRAUD!! I have suggested to Continental Airlines that they obtain a new travel insurance company.
