In 2001 I bought a $90, 000.00 Clayton Manufactured home. Within 1 year I had to replace the microwave and rangehoo, I had to have the refridgerator freezer worked on twice, the front door does not fit well, as well as the front screen door. I called the seller and they sent someone out and they worked on the doors, and they still did not fit well. When they installed the plumbing the crossover pipe had a leak that we could not see and insurance woulkd not cover it and the contractor also would not fix the damage to the floor.
