Terrible technical support! Their tech support consists of a lady by the name of Julie Pujol answering her cell phone and letting the students hanging for a while, then tells the students to call later. This company is a complete rip-off, they manage 2 courses on my University and everyone has a complaint about them and their non reliable tech support, stay away from them. read full review »
