We purchased a sofa, loveseat and recliner from you four years ago, all of them are TRASH...EVERYTHING broke, and when we brought you the recliner - we were shocked to find that you wanted to charge us for parts and labor on a chair that was sold to us with what we thought was a lifetime of the mechanical part of the recliner...and to us, that is what broke on the chair.
