Anyone on this site who says they didn't have any problems with their Bowen home, consider yourself BLESSED! This was our first Bowen home, have only been in it 13 months, and we ARE STILL WAITING for the water leak in our house to be fixed! I mean really, it shouldn't take this long. But honestly, this was the icing on the cake. It took them forever just to build the house because they couldn't pay their subcontractors.
