On March 17, 2010, I ordered online refills for my cartridges to Lexmark 34 and Lexmark 35. Over $56 was deducted from my bank accout with a guarentee that shipping would be done in 3 to5 days. One week later, I called and was told they were out of stock. I was to call back on Friday. Today, March 26th, Friday, I tried to call the number but was unable to contact a live person.
