A couple of years ago we moved to an area that U S Cellular did not service so we were unable to use our cell phones because we could not get a reliable signal. I called USCellular and their only response was to tell me how much longer I had on my contract. 6 months. We paid for the service for the next six months while not being able to use our phones, except for our daughter who was away at college.
