NEVER BUY FROM CYMAX! Received an electric fireplace from CYMAX, came damaged, missing pieces and wrong model (but we couldn't tell from unopened huge box delivered only n street in the snow - how to open and inspect it in such conditions?). We called customer service, they answer back very well...but they accomplish nothing and blame it on the manufacturer. Email upon email, no results (they even say my fireplace doesn't come with a glass door - but i am looking at the door, missing two hinges!!). Two months later, no help and no... read full review »
